Adjustment of the Time and Number of Issues in the Industrial Property Gazette

From May 1, 2026, the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam will publish two issues of the Industrial Property Gazette per month instead of only one issue per month as before.

The Industrial Property Gazette will be published on the 1st and 15th of each month; if these dates fall on a weekend or public holiday, it will be published on the next working day.

The above new regulations apply to notices and decisions issued from April 1, 2026. Notices and decisions issued before April 1, 2026 will be published according to the old regulations (once per month, on the 25th of each month).
