With more than fifteen-year experience in consulting and handling a wide range of patent matters including patent application prosecution, appeal, opposition and cancellation and searching as well as the other aspects relating to patent rights in Vietnam.

Ms. Cuc leads the Pharmaceutical & Chemistry Patent Team at the firm and has previously worked for other technical organizations in Vietnam.

As an expert in advising and handling patent applications, Ms. Cuc is especially experienced in assisting foreign and domestic applicants in a wide range of patent-law-related matters, namely drafting patent specifications; preparing, filing and handling patent applications; preparing and handling opposition and cancellation proceedings; international patent search; and translation of patent applications.
